Back on track

OK. Back in the gym. Pushed myself today. 3.2kms running in just less than 23 minutes. Not at all fast enough, but pleased with the distance all the same. Weight just under 88kgs so I need to keep working on that.

Made a donation to Goal for Haiti. The numbers of people killed and injured are difficult to actually get my head around. I can only think of it in terms of football stadiums.
